Advantage Technical is hiring a Systems Test Engineer! We're looking for the right individual to support quality engineering activities across product development and manufacturing. You'll help establish and maintain quality systems that align with internal standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement in product reliability and process efficiency.

Pay Rate: $42.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement process control systems to support product development and manufacturing.
  • Lead the execution of quality systems, including CAPA and process assurance.
  • Serve as a quality lead or team member across functions to drive product and process improvements.
  • Apply problem-solving tools to identify, communicate, and resolve quality issues.
  • Contribute to streamlined quality business systems and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ensure quality is built into all work by maintaining strict compliance with quality system requirements.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience (or 1 year with a Master's).
  • Required: 3D printing experience, SolidWorks, and CAD skills.
  • Background in Design Assurance, Operations Quality, or related functional engineering roles preferred.
