Join Advantage Technical as a Supplier Engineer in Maple Grove, MN, and play a key role in driving supplier quality and performance within cutting-edge medical device divisions. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, collaborate with global suppliers, and contribute to
innovative healthcare solutions.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour

Leads project management and onboarding of metal components across multiple medical device divisions. Works independently and cross-functionally to meet business goals, applying scientific expertise to support core business principles.

Responsibilities:



  • Build supplier partnerships to ensure quality and regulatory compliance worldwide, managing engineering phases to meet milestones.
  • Lead Value Improvement Projects (VIPs) and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with PMOs to support supplier engineering actions.
  • Support supply chain goals including supplier performance and risk mitigation.
  • Lead or participate in teams to qualify and improve supplier processes.
  • Drive troubleshooting and problem-solving at supplier sites to boost quality and reliability.
  • Ensure patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with quality policies.
  • Support acquisition and sustaining projects such as qualifications and supplier change evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with all quality requirements to build quality into every aspect of work.



Qualifications:



  • Engineering degree with 1+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong bias for action and results orientation.
  • Self-driven, motivated to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Good understanding of statistical methods, Six Sigma, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Some engineering and supplier interaction experience.
