The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking an Employee Experience (EX) intern to join our EX Team for Summer and Fall 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the design and execution of employee-related events and communications that positively impact the employee experience at Ulteig. The intern will help plan and coordinate various aspects of culture and inclusion activities and programs that support business goals.

Fall hours can be modified to support course schedule if intern is enrolled in a higher education institution.

What You'll Do



  • Lead an internal awareness campaign around cultural observations and Employee Experience events
  • Research potential event spaces, speakers, vendors and cost estimates for large-scale employee events
  • Assist in the scheduling, communication and coordination of employee activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Branding teams to order branded promotional items and gifts
  • Support the EX Team on event and activity development and execution

What We Expect from You



  • Minimum of 2 years completed in Computer Science or a closely related field by Summer 2026
  • Minimum of 2 years of college coursework completed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and time management
  • Strong interest in learning about corporate culture and event planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in event planning and/or social media type communications (Preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time during Summer 2026
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation: $22/hour
