Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment; move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties. Requirements
  1. Facilities Technician or alike Maintenance Technician experience.

  2. Second shift hours, can be a little flexible on the 3 PM to 11:30 PM time but needs to be for second shift coverage.

  3. CMMS experience (Infor EAM preferred but not a deal breaker).

  4. Must have computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  5. On-site work required full time.

Preferred Requirements
  • Boilers license

  • Refrigeration license

  • 2-year technical college degree

Years of Experience Required: 3 (can be somewhat flexible on this as it is a second shift job)
Preferred Experience: 2-4 years' experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronic industry

Required Education Level: High School/GED (preferred 2-year associate technical degree)

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provides maintenance, mechanical and electrical performance for the facilities and utilities equipment at the site including: Vacuum, Compressed Air, Emergency Generation, Power, City and Well Water, HVAC Equipment. (Weight: 25%)

  • Contact suppliers and outside vendors to maintain a complete stock of spare parts for the equipment under the Facilities and Utilities scope. (Weight: 15%)

  • Establish and execute the right maintenance procedures and frequencies based on equipment manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals, recommendations, and equipment reliability history. (Weight: 15%)

  • Report results to the appropriate peers and clients (inside/outside facilities) on a frequent basis. (Weight: 10%)

  • Administer the computerized system of preventive maintenance (IFOR EAM). (Weight: 5%)

  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for miscellaneous work related to the scope mentioned above. (Weight: 10%)

  • Member of the Emergency Response Team. (Weight: 5%)

  • Ensure compliance with all Client procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements. (Weight: 10%)

  • Other duties as assigned. (Weight: 5%)
