Job Title: Senior Life Safety Systems (LSS) Designer (Electrical Design Technician Senior)
Duration: 12 months Location: Austin, TX 78746 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Life Safety Systems (LSS) Designer who is excited about working on projects that support the core of our clients' business. This is a hybrid position, and the ideal candidate will be based in Austin, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; or Pittsburgh, PA. LSS Designers are responsible for delivering complex packages in coordination with multi-discipline engineers and design leads, forming the core of the Life Safety Systems delivery team. Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP, the designer will create 3D model spaces in collaboration with architects and engineers. From these 3D BIM models, the designer will assist with layouts for Fire Alarm Detection Systems, HPM Leak Detection, Toxic Gas Management Systems, and Security and Intrusion Detection Systems.
