Act swiftly and calmly in any adverse event situations - keeping participants safe and informed. Perform key clinical procedures such as: IV insertions, venipuncture, and medication administration (IV, IM, SubQ, Oral) Vital signs, ECGs, telemetry monitoring, and physiological data collection Conduct thorough patient assessments - asking probing questions and documenting what you see and sense, not just what's said. Guide participants through the informed consent process with clarity and compassion. Maintain readiness of emergency supplies and medications. Collaborate with physicians and the broader team to ensure participant safety and study success. Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused environment - your input makes a difference.
