| Mopar is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Express Lane Manager to lead and optimize the Express Lane program across our dealer network. This role is responsible for owning the process, performance, and future development of Express Lane operations. The Express Lane Manager will work closely with Area Managers and field teams to identify opportunities, improve dealer effectiveness, and ensure parts readiness to support fast, efficient service. Key Responsibilities: 
  
 Program Ownership: Lead the Express Lane program across the region, ensuring consistent execution, performance, and process adherenceDealer Performance: Analyze Express Lane metrics and dealer effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actionsEnrollment & Expansion: Manage future dealer enrollments into the Express Lane program, including qualification, onboarding, and setupField Collaboration:Partner with Area Managers and field staff to support dealer visits, share insights, and drive Express Lane performance
Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices for Express Lane operations, including staffing, workflow, and customer experienceParts Readiness: Ensure dealers maintain appropriate parts inventory and availability to support Express Lane service efficiencyTraining & Support: Provide training and guidance to dealership personnel on Express Lane processes, tools, and performance expectationsReporting & Insights: Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and communicate results to field leadership and HQ stakeholders
Required Qualifications: 
  
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in dealership operations, service lane management, or automotive field supportStrong understanding of Express Lane operations and customer service processesExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to travel regularly to dealership locationsProficiency in performance reporting and data analysis tools
 Preferred Qualifications: 
  
 Experience with Mopar Express Lane programs and systemsFamiliarity with dealership service workflows and parts operationsAbility to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change
