The Associate Director is a strategic, business-focused technology leader who partners with IT and senior business stakeholders to translate enterprise priorities into impactful digital solutions. This role drives alignment and operational excellence across the digital portfolio, enabling transformation through innovation, emerging technologies, and data-driven strategies. Key responsibilities include: maintaining deep expertise in the organization's product catalog, identifying clinical and operational needs, and leading the development of scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. A strong customer focus is essential, with a commitment to understanding end-user pain points and improving experiences for both patients and providers. The ideal candidate brings a blend of healthcare knowledge, technical expertise, and business analysis skills to support innovation and operational excellence across the network. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
