POSITION SPECIFICS Join the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing as an Administrative Support Coordinator to support and serve as the point of contact for the Center for Nursing Research (CNR). This role is vital to CNR by not only being a resource for visitors and students to the center, but also supporting the Director of Research Administration, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, CNR staff, and research-related faculty members. The Administrative Support Coordinator will work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, utilizing organizational skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion, to complete this position's responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: Administrative Support for Research Leadership
Support for Research Faculty and Students
Communication and Coordination
Event Coordination and Committee Support
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel, is preferred. Previous administrative experience will also be considered a plus. MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneAdditional Information: This position will report to the Associate Dean of Research and Innovation with leadership collaboration from the Director of Research Administration. The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is supportive of flexible work arrangements when aligned with the ability to meet the needs of the unit and the essential duties of the position.
