As a Key Surgical Consumable Sales Specialist at STERIS, you are responsible for meeting or exceeding the annual sales plan by establishing, growing and maintaining relationships for Customers in a defined geographical territory. You will promote the Key Surgical product line to either the OR, Sterile Processing or Endoscopy customers. You will create and work an individualized and multi-faceted sales strategy comprised of new business generation, existing business development, and clinical education based on the needs of the territory. This on-site position is based in Eden Prairie, MN and will require travel associated with Customer meetings, trade shows, and industry meetings. It is anticipated that travel can be up to 30%. This position is incentive plan eligible, at target earnings of $107,000,depending on performance. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
