Pay and Schedule

Pay Rate: $21-$24 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available:



  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM


Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality, precision parts using advanced machinery. You'll work with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every product meets exacting standards for accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate assigned CNC machinery with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet all quality and dimensional specifications.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and make mechanical adjustments as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (metric and standard).
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S standards.
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality control procedures.
  • Assist with other duties or projects as assigned by supervisors.



What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-12 months of CNC operating experience preferred; CNC programming a plus.
  • Experience with Kitako and Murata machines is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow work instructions.
  • Working knowledge of CNC lathes and mills.
  • Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
