We're looking for a Habilitative Manager to join our team! As a Habilitative Manager, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services SCHEDULE: Generally Days, Salaried, on call responsibilities and hours will be based on the needs of the department. Requirements What YOU'LL Need: Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability Deep knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field, experience can be substituted for educational unless required by state Minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required QIDP certification may be required based on state requirements What YOU'LL Get: Daily Pay-manage finances with a convenient way to get paid for your work every day, financial flexibility and peace of mind.
