This Position reports to:

Job Purpose
Are you passionate about technical sales, familiar with the industrial market, and looking to be part of a global company that leads in technology and innovation? ABB is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Process Automation Measurement & Analytics (PAMA) team in the Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo, covering areas with DDDs from 11 to 15. If you have strong B2B sales experience and technical knowledge in instrumentation and process analyzers and are seeking high-impact challenges, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle of ABB products and systems, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industrial clients, understanding their needs and offering customized technical solutions.

  • Prepare sales plans and commercial proposals in partnership with the marketing and engineering teams, ensuring technical and financial alignment.

  • Identify new market opportunities and work closely with sales channels to expand ABB's presence.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including negotiations, delivery, and commercial terms.

  • Support administrative and post-sales activities, including order follow-ups, contract management, and billing coordination when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales for the industrial sector.

  • Technical knowledge in instrumentation and analytics.

  • Valid driver's license and availability to travel.

  • Knowledge of instrumentation equipment and process analyzer applications.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management systems.

  • Advanced English is a plus.
