Position Summary
The Associate Vice President (AVP), Manufacturing serves as the second-in-command to the Vice President of Manufacturing and acts as a key strategic partner in leading a large-scale, multi-site industrial operation. This role is responsible for driving integrated performance across multiple business units and ensuring alignment across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial outcomes. The AVP will provide leadership oversight to General Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong financial performance across a manufacturing organization of 1,000+ employees.
