Essential Functions Listen effectively to customers' requests and promptly take the necessary action to assist them managing their accounts and offering products and services. Exhibits strong customer service skills, presenting products and services while proactively educating clients on utilizing banking applications. Balances speed and accuracy when processing customer requests while utilizing the internal banking network. Assist customers in opening, managing, and optimizing their bank accounts and products. Actively cross-sells the Bank's products and services. Takes the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Recognizes potential fraud and other risks. Supports online Chat customers with inquiries, requests, escalated issues, and fraud resolutions. Assist with bank sponsored events. Assist customers with access and servicing of their safe deposit box. Adapts to concepts and procedures and notifies management when additional training is needed on product and service knowledge. Accepts coaching, implements feedback from reviews to improve job performance. Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. May need to stand for long periods of time. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Travel This position may require travel to other branches. This role does not require off-site travel. Required Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year of banking experience. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. High School education or GED. Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with a team to achieve goals. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization. Strong cross-selling experience. Excellent time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Models positive and supportive behavior. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
