As a Security Professional - Logistics Site - Access Control in FORT WORTH, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a logistics and distribution setting. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Provide customer service by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel regarding site-specific access policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe and report unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, and concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal management and/or client contacts according to established protocols.
• Follow site-specific emergency response procedures, assisting with evacuations or access control during emergency situations as directed.
• Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter unauthorized access and promote compliance with the location's access control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
