Strategic Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales leadership to define stage-specific enablement that improves deal velocity and close rates.

  • Shift the organization from reactive one-pager production to disciplined, outcome-driven sales motions.

  • Ensure sellers are equipped with differentiated narratives that resonate across segments.

PMM Operating Model & Governance

  • Establish launch tiering, prioritization, and resource allocation frameworks to focus on highest-impact initiatives.

  • Define clear engagement models with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX.

  • Build scalable processes that increase speed-to-market while maintaining strategic rigor.

Talent & Team Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing PMM team capable of operating as strategic advisors.

  • Coach PMMs to deepen business acumen, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, insight-driven thinking, and ownership.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, mobility, or complex workflow platforms.

  • Experience owning or materially influencing revenue performance in a multi-segment B2B environment.

  • Proven track record building or evolving a Product Marketing function in an ambiguous or growth-oriented organization.

  • Demonstrated success turning launches into revenue performance.

  • Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and shifting cross-functional behavior.

  • Deep understanding of complex sales motions and stage-based enablement strategy.

  • Strong business acumen and comfort engaging in portfolio tradeoffs, investment decisions, and revenue planning.

  • Ability to zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to drive disciplined execution.
