Staffmark is hiring a reliable Warehouse Dockhand in Springdale, AR. This physically active role involves loading/unloading trucks, moving pallets, and working in cold storage environments.

Pay Rates & Schedules:

Weekday Shift: $15.45/hour



  • Monday: 8:00 AM - until finished
  • Tuesday-Friday: 6:00 AM - until finished (typically 8-hour shifts)


Weekend Shift: $16.45/hour



  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Overtime available Monday: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM



Responsibilities:



  • Load and unload trucks and move pallets in and out of blast freezers
  • Stack and unstack 30-45 lb. cases of frozen product
  • Hand-wrap pallets and apply bumpers
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 30-40F
  • Wear steel-toe boots and required PPE
  • Stand and lift for up to 12 hours per shift
