Job Posting: The Digital Commerce Merchandiser Coordinator is responsible for increasing digital topline sales on Amazon through curating catalog content, optimizing product listings, and driving marketing tactics. This position is multifaceted and works closely with multiple departments including Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain. This role supports the Director of Sales and the Account Executive in the Sales organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal merchandising teams to review new seasonal product offerings; strategically select product based on sales and company initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal functional support areas to pull together the necessary information to build out the item setup template, such as product availability, pricing, and specific style attributes.
- Manage the digital content required to support new product launches; work with the internal Retail & Visual Marketing team and external partners to develop approved brand imagery, product imagery, and descriptive copy.
- Monitor the launch of each new season to ensure landing and category pages are displayed correctly, product images are loaded, load-in orders are received, units shipped on time and complete, and troubleshoot any roadblocks.
- Execute Product Seeding by ordering, packing and shipping products to obtain reviews to drive sales; collect reviews and share findings with internal merchandising teams.
- Support internal Marketing Team and external agency in developing marketing strategies to grow the business including but not limited to sponsored search, always on DSP, new customer acquisition DSP in order to optimize reach and grow sales.
- Examine the eCommerce landscape to identify gaps in product assortment.
- Work closely with Amazon Vendor Manager to troubleshoot and solve site issues to ensure integrity and functionality of all site content, digital catalog and engagement tools.
- Enhance user experience by optimizing copy, A+ content, most up-to-date imagery, and video to ensure all product listings are best-in-class for maximum search exposure and customer engagement.
- Assist with creating presentations for seasonal line and quarterly review meetings with Amazon and external partners.
- Address product issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage internal style attribute table to facilitate reporting.
- Participate in weekly conference calls with the Amazon Retail team to discuss current business trends and opportunities.
- Assist and answer product questions by consumers within the Official Contributions program.

Experience/Education:
- Digital Catalog Management, 2 years (Preferred)
- Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central Platform, 2 years (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Retail and Apparel Studies or related field
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
- Limited travel
- Lifting and/or bending 25lbs
