The Role
The Omni-Channel Operations Team manages the end-to-end experience throughout all functions of the Retail Experience. This team is equally focused on improving all Omni-Channel objectives in the field as we look to rollout new initiatives and objectives across the organization by making data-driven recommendations for improvement that translate into a greater cannabis consumer experience. We're looking for a proven cannabis advocate and individual contributor to help grow and scale this teams' objectives and assist our Medical Experience team. This is a demanding position requiring talent, strategic thinking, vision, and a people operations mindset to dive deep into our Medical Experience opportunities throughout many diverse markets in the organization. Ideal candidates will drive projects to improve the in-store and online medical experience and educate both RISE team members and consumers alike on each market's medical program.
