As a Security Officer - Financial Lobby Desk in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer within a financial institution setting, you will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and employees, providing an exceptional customer service experience while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve monitoring building access, verifying credentials, and maintaining a welcoming environment at the front desk. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, employees, and/or clients entering the location, providing a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk.
• Carry out access control procedures, verifying identification and managing visitor logs according to site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, employees, and/or visitors regarding security-related procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with security-related administrative duties such as record keeping and reporting incidents as needed.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and site contacts to address special instructions and/or service needs relevant to the front desk post.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
