  Program and debug PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, safety devices, remote IO, controllers and roboticsDesign control system architectures, electrical schematics, and safety conceptsDevelop automated SCADA processes to optimize cycle time, yield, and equipment availability, along with DBs, SQL, and MQTT connections. Ignition Core, GoldManage equipment commissioning, installation, and buy-off testing with vendors and internal teamCollaborate with Product Design, Quality, Production, and Maintenance to transition prototypes to full-scale productionTroubleshoot and refine automation processes post-deploymentWhat You'll Bring
 
  Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Controls Engineering, or equivalent experience4-5 years' experience in designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation equipment, including; PLC programming, developing FB/AOI's in LD and SCL logic, hardware configuration from scratch (Siemens, Allen Bradley), HMI/SCADA design (TIA Portal Unified, FTView, Ignition), Integration with Pick-and-Place Robot applications (Fanuc), multi-axis motion control, Programming with Python or equivalent, Virtual commissioning using Process Simulate, WinMOD, 3D Emulate or equivalent SoftwareProject experience using and designing electrical, pneumatic and network systems. using Eplan, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools. Installing, Wiring, configuring and Troubleshooting Electrical Component and panelsFamiliar with Industrial Standards such as ISO and NEC norms, as well as industrial protocols (PROFinet, Ethernet IP, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, TCP IP)Proven expertise in deploying material flow automation systems (AS/RS, AMRs, lifters, conveyors, robotics) and interfacing with MES/WMS systemsStrong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects, overseeing outsourced equipment, and handling overlapping timelines.
