Summary:

As a Program Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving informed decision-making and strategic planning by providing comprehensive analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify potential risks. Additionally, the Program Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Determine potential impacts of joint medical functions on supported organizations and supporting medical force structure as these capabilities relate to modernization, training, and readiness in a Multi Domain Operations and Large-Scale Combat Operations environment.
  • Coordinate staff and material requirements during exercise planning to support directed training events that includes knowledge of and ability to participate in the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) operations process.
  • Describe and document future medical training program requirements and capabilities involving combat and material developers and HQDA for potential TOE/MTOE approval.
  • Design, plan, schedule and execute new or modified work methods/approaches with a high degree of professional independence and technical competency.
  • Research, develop, describe, and document recommended methodologies by which a Patient Evacuation Coordination Cell (PECC) capability may operate within Army division and Army Corps areas of operations. This PECC must synchronizes both ground and air medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) assets within the assigned area of operations at echelon, coordinates for non-standard evacuation platforms in support of casualty evacuation (CASEVAC), track and regulate patient movement to and from Role 3 Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) in accordance with theater Medical Rules of Engagement (MEDROE). Identify the appropriate task organized personnel and equipment required to conduct PECC operations at echelon.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of specialized experience which includes planning, integrating, scheduling, coordinating, and synchronizing medical capabilities within either Army or joint forces organizations.
  • Experience managing and coordinating the exercise operations process; tracking updated milestones, developing, and maintaining short-term and long-term calendars, and proficiency with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems.
  • Experience developing recommendations to sustain or improve systems or processes involving personnel, training, and equipment which may substantially impact medical training programs and operations within the command.
  • Shall possess or obtain Joint Medical Operations Course (JMOC)- Basic and Joint Medical Planner Tool Kit (JMPtK) training within one (1) year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
