Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global software organization.

This role is part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) and reports to the VP of Global Human Resources & Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate brings strong experience recruiting across North America and LATAM, with required experience hiring in the United States, Canada, and Brazil, and preferred exposure to EMEA, APAC, and/or MEA regions.

We are looking for a strategic recruiting partner who understands how to operate across borders, cultures, time zones, and compliance frameworks - and who thrives in SaaS or FinTech environments.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)



Responsibilities

    Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple global regions (US, Canada, Brazil required)
  • Lead intake discussions with hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Develop global sourcing strategies tailored by region, market conditions, and talent availability
  • Recruit for a broad range of functions, including but not limited to:
  • Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)
  • Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations)
  • Technical roles (Engineering, Product, IT) as needed
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce strategy
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations (including GDPR where applicable)
  • Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and consistent global candidate experience
  • Leverage recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, diversity pipelines) to inform hiring strategy
  • Contribute to Global TA CoE initiatives, process improvements, and employer branding efforts


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting globally, with hands-on hiring in:
    • United States
    • Canada
    • Brazil
  • Experience recruiting within SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth technology environments
  • Experience hiring beyond engineering - including GTM and corporate functions
  • Strong understanding of regional recruiting nuances, compensation practices, and compliance considerations
  • Experience working across time zones and managing international stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
