ITAM Program Manager - Enterprise Transformation (100% Remote) Location: Remote- W2 Only! Employment Type: Long-Term Contract Industry: Aerospace / Enterprise IT Position Summary A Fortune 50 aerospace enterprise is launching a multi-year transformation to standardize and optimize its Configuration Management (CMDB), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Discovery practices. We are hiring a senior-level Program Manager to lead this initiative from strategy through execution. This is a strategic leadership role for a candidate with deep ServiceNow expertise, a track record of delivering enterprise-wide IT transformations, and the ability to influence and align executive stakeholders. You will work directly with a newly appointed Director to architect and execute a unified framework that supports compliance, scalability, and operational excellence. Required Experience and Expertise Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered: * Minimum 8 years of program/project leadership in large-scale enterprise IT initiatives * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically CMDB, ITAM, and Discovery modules * Proven success in transforming decentralized IT operations into centralized enterprise service models * Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and audit-aligned process development * Ability to lead organizational change management and drive adoption across business units * Strong executive communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities * Familiarity with ITIL v4 or equivalent service management frameworks If you do not meet these requirements, this role is not the right fit. Preferred Qualifications * PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications * Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, healthcare, or finance * Background in enterprise architecture, data governance, and technology strategy Key Responsibilities * Lead the strategic design and implementation of CMDB, ITAM, and Discovery best practices * Define and operationalize governance models, KPIs, and executive-level reporting * Oversee ServiceNow platform optimization, including configuration, automation, and integrations * Ensure data quality and alignment with long-term scalability goals * Develop and execute change management and communication plans across business units * Align program outcomes with enterprise architecture and strategic IT objectives Why This Role Matters ServiceNow has been heavily invested in but remains fragmented across the organization.
