You will:



  • Lead or co-lead strategy and operations projects answering critical questions related to our operational strategy
  • Optimize and design operations processes for new market launches with our strategic partners
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Product to identify and propose solutions to strategic partner's operational challenges
  • Prepare presentations and reports on working programs



You have:



  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program focused on technology, operations, supply chain, analytics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of / experience with physical operations, not just software (e.g., logistics, airlines, hospitals, etc.)
  • Program / project management skills with a focus on problem solving, driving efficiency, and/or standing up new processes
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally manage stakeholders



We prefer:



  • Knowledge of / experience with fleet-based operations (e.g., delivery, ridehailing, rentals, etc.)
  • Data analytics skills & experience working in Excel/Google sheets
  • Performance management experience working with vendors, partners, or internal teams
  • Executive communication skills

The expected hourly rate for this full-time position is listed below. Interns are also eligible to participate in the Company's generous benefits programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
