ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversees the day-to-day management of Key's Private Bank outsourcing partners ensuring performance objectives are met
- Accountable for outsourced service performance management (day to day. performance/activities of the business relationship) and achievement of business case value
- Subject matter expert and central point of contact for Private Bank outsourcing partner relationships
- Coordinate all internal support partners for the Private Bank outsourcing partner relationships
- Monitor and manage all day-to-day Private Bank outsourcing partner business performance reporting and tools
- Leverages industry insights and best practices to enable Key to be an industry leader in Private Bank outsourcing
- Coach team leaders/members to high performance in both leadership skills as well as department quality and productivity metrics
- Provide both leadership and management skills to foster an enthusiastic and positive work
- Partner with support teams to achieve department service level goals
- Partner with multiple LOBs to support and advise on business direction to assist in strategy implementation and cost management
- Achieve or exceed financial goals related to managing departmental budgets
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met for team members
- Provide timely and effective communication to team members to ensure awareness and commitment to department and corporate initiatives
- Ensure team members adhere to department policies and procedures to support Keys culture
- Communicate with peers for best practice sharing and to support consistency within the group* Collaborate with other departments within Key to facilitate the timely resolution of escalated issues and challenges
- Partner with leaders within Consumer Bank and Business Resiliency team to address issues using a standardized procedure to communicate and address incidents and outages that impact clients, information technology, security infrastructure, and business operations
- Participate in meetings and initiatives to ensure Private Banks' positive, productive, and successful implementation of new processes, being personally and actively involved in implementing changes in own team, making those transitions positive
- Use internal and external resources to address team's legal and compliance inquiries related to state and federal statutes, regulations, and internal risk-related processes, before escalating to Key's Law Group. Recognize red flags and exercise due diligence in addressing risk-related issues quickly and effectively. Use acquired knowledge and personal experience to make quick and effective decisions based on risk assessment
- Escalate any issues/risks to Wealth Leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of personal trust administration experience or equivalent work experience
- Undergraduate degree in business related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work as part of sales and client servicing team
- Working knowledge of investments/securities
Preferred:
- Progress towards completion of Cannon Trust Schools I, II and III or equivalent knowledge from other industry training or equivalent experience
- Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) or similar designation
Domestic and international travel as needed. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000.00 - $103,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
