As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, staff, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of all required hospital vaccinations prior to employment.
• Ability to perform duties in hospital environments such as morgues as required.
• Ability to safely restrain individuals in a hospital setting as required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
