What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees at retail locations by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail space and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Document observations and report any security-related incidents or irregularities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Work closely with store management and staff to address concerns and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt security-related practices as needed to support client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
