| Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: A tank foreman supervises and coordinates the construction, maintenance, and repair of large storage tanks for liquids and gases. This requires a deep understanding of safety regulations, welding, and other construction techniques to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry quality standards. Has vast knowledge of project types as follows: Flat bottom tanks with external floating roof. Flat bottom tanks with fixed roof (self-supported and structure-supported) and internal floating roof. The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
