As a Security Professional - Real Estate Patrol Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a bustling commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This role primarily involves driving throughout the property and engaging with tenants, visitors, and staff to deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any suspicious circumstances.
• Document incidents and observations according to site requirements.
• Collaborate with property management and/or public personnel when situations arise.
• Maintain a visible presence while performing assigned patrol duties to help to deter unwanted actions.
• Follow instructions from Allied Universal leadership and adhere to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Primarily driving post experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
