Your Mission (Job Summary)

As a Member Services Agent, you are the vital liaison between our Club Members and Resort operations. You aren't just booking a table; you're architecting an experience. You will manage reservations for dining, the marina, the spa, and world-class golf, ensuring every Member request is handled with speed and "proactive" flair.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Experience Architect: Answer high-volume calls to book dining (via Restaurant Connect), spa sessions, marina activities, and special resort festivals.
  • The Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between Members and our Food & Beverage/Operations teams.
  • Problem Solver: Masterfully navigate Member challenges with a calm, professional demeanor and a "solution-first" mindset.
  • Sales Driver: Participate in sales training to boost amenity usage and resort revenue.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Delphi, and internal reservation systems to keep data organized.


The Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following "Robust & Ready" skills:



  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury customer service environment.
  • Communication: Superb verbal and written skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree is a plus!).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to type 40+ WPM and proficiency with Internet-based research.
  • The Hustle: High attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours, lift to 15 lbs, and navigate stairs daily.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events (the hospitality world never sleeps!).
