What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage communication systems, including incoming and outgoing calls, radios, and alarms to support operations at the location.
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications.
• Liaise with on-site staff and management to relay important information and updates as needed.
• Conduct regular system checks of communication and alarm equipment to help to deter disruptions to security-related operations.
• Follow site-specific protocols for reporting and escalating security-related issues or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
