As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Site Driver in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while also providing outstanding customer service and communication to those on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing or industrial location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by client site.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions or information related to the site and its procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities on the premises through visibility and presence.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
