Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and controlling all engineering-related activities to deliver on requirements, budget, and schedule. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Bids), establish and maintain interfaces with other Engineering departments, and monitor, control, and report monthly on all product-related financial aspects of the project-and much more." We'll look to you for:
Leading all aspects of design, implementation, testing, and commissioning required to deliver the scope of the engineering project while satisfying customer requirements and adhering to project budgets and schedules.,
Establishing and maintaining interfaces with other Engineering departments and relevant functions, including Project Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Bids.,
Monitoring, controlling, and reporting monthly on all product-related financial aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and established project management procedures to achieve set goals.,
Ensuring that the Engineering Function provides the necessary skills and resources to meet project requirements.,
Driving collaboration and communication within the engineering core team to ensure alignment and successful project execution.,
Overseeing risk management and mitigation strategies related to engineering activities within the project.,
Facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges effectively.,
Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement to optimize engineering processes and project outcomes.,
Supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet project objectives.,
Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in all engineering activities."
