As a Recruitment Marketing Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in driving innovative recruitment marketing strategies that directly impact hiring success for your assigned business areas. Acting as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, execute, and optimize targeted Ad Hoc campaigns that support candidate attraction, employer brand awareness, and talent pipeline growth. You'll own the end-to-end execution of talent marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to performance analysis and continuous refinement. Leveraging your understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and your marketing expertise, you'll identify and activate the most effective platforms, messaging, and creative strategies to reach and engage the right candidates. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you'll build landing pages, develop event materials, and deploy ads, while also analyzing campaign performance and pulling the right levers to drive results in a high paced environment. As tools, platforms, and candidate behavior evolve, adaptability is key, we're looking for someone who embraces change, brings future-focused ideas to the table, and continuously seeks opportunities to elevate how we attract and engage talent.
