This role can be based in our Washington, DC, Boston, MA, Brooklyn, NY, Syracuse, NY, or Albany, NY offices. This is a hybrid role that combines office and remote work. Job Purpose 
Reporting to the Director of Public Policy, the Public Policy Manager is part of a team that provides strategic direction to inform National Grid's public policy priorities, partnering closely with Government Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement to develop and implement policy and advocacy strategy within Corporate Affairs. The Public Policy team pairs policy domain and advocacy expertise and serves as a key fulcrum for collaboration on policy analysis, development, and prioritization with leaders and SMEs across National Grid's business units and functions. The Public Policy Manager is responsible for contributing to strategies that align the company's public policy objectives across the US, anticipate emerging trends, and proactively shape opportunities to drive impactful policy outcomes.
