Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night: 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Friday to Sunday)

Pay Rate: $21.40/hr. on w2

Job Description :

  • Client is looking for highly motivated individuals to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer, more connected world.
  • As a test operator for the EODAS factory, your job will be to verify the functionality and quality of next generation technology for the warfighter.
  • You will be required to work closely with assembly operators and engineers.
  • You will be required to perform a variety of tasks that include setting up tests, reporting test results, troubleshooting test failures, and performing special projects as needed.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents.
  • The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, running multiple electrical test machines or equipment simultaneously.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.


Physical Demands:

  • This position is located on a large Client's campus that employs over 4,500 employees across 21 buildings on a 304-acre site.
  • The role requires the ability to walk long distances between buildings and work areas throughout the day.


Physical Ability:

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment weighing up to 25 - 55 pounds as needed.
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools, test equipment, and small components.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or test environment.
  • Visual acuity to read test instructions, technical drawings, and digital displays.


Desired Skills:

  • Ability to train others in testing processes once certified.
  • Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar.


Education:

  • High school, secondary school or equivalent technical certificate or associate's degree is preferred.
