* 2-4 years of professional experience in art direction, content creation, or a similar creative role.
* A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in art direction, digital and social content creation, and compelling brand storytelling.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
* Proven experience in producing high-quality video and photo content specifically for digital and social platforms.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex creative concepts to diverse audiences.
* A keen eye for detail and an unwavering passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric creative work.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines simultaneously.
