Production Control Clerk - Leavenworth, Kansas Summary The Production Control Clerk will function as the NCMMS operator and is responsible for the work-flow management of service requests, maintenance of the data inputs into the NCMMS associated with our tasks as directed by the Performance Work Statement (PWS), receipt of service calls, dispatching technicians, daily administration of work requests or service calls, customer interface, generation of daily reports, and office administration duties and will provide customer service to all areas on the program. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive calls from building managers, issue work order requests, maintain work order logs, and input data into the Track work orders from start to completion using and inputting accurate date into the NCMMS system from technicians to depict a clear picture of work performed. Meet as directed by the Project Manager to discuss work status, completion dates, NCMMS documentation, and any issues as requested from the customer. Process and maintain a work order file system (NCMMS) include the Additional Services Work Request (ASWR), Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA) program and any other documentation pertinent to the ASWR and RWA programs. Work as part of an integral team, consisting of the Project Manager, On-Site Supervisors, and project tradesmen to ensure a smooth processing of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules and the maintenance, updating and utilization of the NCMMS system. Initiate and print NCMMS reports as directed by the Project Manager. Coordinate with the Corporate Accounts Payable/Receivable in formalizing the monthly invoice to the Government. Other duties as assigned. Required experience/education A High School diploma or equivalent Must have demonstrated knowledge of MS Office with some working knowledge of building trades desired. Must be customer oriented and be able to perform under a fast-paced work environment. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable GSA background check and facility access. Must possess a valid state driver's license. Physical Demands The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may occasionally be required to lift more than 75 pounds. The employee must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Pay: $25.14 p/hour Hourly Fringe Benefit: $5.09 p/hour A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
