Overview:
Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring world-class quality standards? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in upholding ISO compliance and enhancing product and process integrity. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead audits, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to elevate our quality systems and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do:



  • Champion ISO compliance by implementing and managing robust quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001 and related standards)
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain essential documentation including SOPs, test plans, and inspection reports
  • Analyze quality metrics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
  • Validate products and processes through rigorous testing against performance benchmarks
  • Investigate customer complaints and process deviations, leading resolution and prevention efforts
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and resilience
  • Mentor and train team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices
  • Stay ahead of global environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Conflict Minerals, Section 232) and ensure compliance



What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Hands-on experience with ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and auditing principles
  • Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is a plus
  • Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
  • ISO auditor certification preferred
