Director of Dining Services
GENERAL SUMMARY: Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dining Services department in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations, and American Dietetic Association Clinical Dietetic standards to ensure successful functioning of a quality department. Quality Assurance program Responsibility within the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS SUPERVISES: Supervisor Dining Services EDUCATION: High school diploma and a minimum qualification as a Certified Dietary Manager. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility. Experience in personnel management, budget and cost control in a food service operation is a plus. One year charting experience preferred. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Leadership ability with good communication and organizational skills. Ability to supervise and secure cooperation of department staff. Knowledge of Microsoft office, spreadsheets, and food service programs. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
