The University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics competes at the highest level of intercollegiate athletics with the vision to reach Next Level Success for all 18 varsity teams and more than 450 student-athletes. The Bearcats have a proud athletics history, winning eight national championships and 118 conference titles. The Cincinnati men's basketball team is among the 15 winningest programs all-time, while the football team became the first non-Power Five program to compete in the College Football Playoff in 2021. Olympic gold medalist volleyball player Jordan Thompson, NBA Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson and Major League Baseball legend Sandy Koufax are among the several luminaries who have competed as Bearcats. Cincinnati Athletics is seeking candidates for Graphic Designers to help drive the Bearcats brand and fan experience to new levels. As many as three positions may be filled at the Assistant Director (Graphic Designer) or Director (Sr Graphic Designer) level and assisting either Football or Olympic Sports depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The positions are appointed within The Agency (athletic department creative agency) but will work closely with other units in the department. The individual in this position will assist in continually defining the strategy and goals to achieve success in engaging fans and moving Cincinnati Athletics brand forward. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple internal partners such as our sports teams, marketing, ticket sales and service, communication, and facilities crafting and executing creative media strategy, concepts, and ideas, including creating social medial content, print, and web design.
