Job Description General Summary: The Kidney Territory Account Manager (KTAM) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), developing a strategic business plan, communicating thorough disease and product knowledge to HCPs and centers of care. This role must understand market dynamics in rare, complex disease states, demonstrate excellent judgment, and be motivated by the desire to improve patients' lives. The KTAM will report into a Regional Field Leader (RFL) and is responsible for leading engagement with nephrologists and serving as an account manager for specialty kidney clinics. Pay Range: $133,600 - $200,400Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
