Description Pediatric provider is looking to hire 3 Device technicians to support their epic implementation . They are currently running Cerner but migrating to Epic and these consultants are part of the prep phase before go-live Go live is slated for March 2026. Technical Contractor Requirements Weekday Shifts (Mon-Thurs): * Start: ~6:00 AM * End: ~2:00 PM This aligns with Kelly Construction's plan for scheduling Weekend Shifts (Fri-Sun): 2 crews: 6AM-6PM Number of technical contractors required: * Need 1 technical person week days; and 2 weekends. * 3 total technical contractors Kelly Construction will have 3 ppl on call for all shifts Skills needed Basic IT troubleshooting and device configuration * Ability to use hospital systems (CCTA, Rover, Connect) o Will need a Cerner login with access to CCTA o Training to be provided * Communication skills for Bridge chat and (possible) Teladoc coordination * Familiarity with hospital-grade electronics * Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs (TV handling) - bonus skill not required * Linux experience a plus (for network task) Josh Potter said network experience is not required, just ability to learn * Contractors will receive training from N. Sells, C. Stotler, and J. Potter along w/ the KBs/Job aids we need to set a date for all to come together for this in 1 session is possible Tasks Required * Expected to complete approximately ~50 rooms per week (depending on census) * Pre- Install Tasks: o Announcement about nurse call downtime (need to determine the best times) * 7AM downloads Mon-Thurs * 7AM download weekend times o E-mail to Teladoc for CEC switching (Teladoc will provide a template and a customized distribution list) Installation Tasks: o Use link runner to acquire information for the port from the current/old TV upon entering the run o Conduct port switching task * Testing: o Pillow speaker for TV testing (refer to test script) o Test pillow speaker to Connect device-CCTA access. Log in to device, assign to CCTA. o Test virtual nurse - ask Chad what accounts they need access to Teladoc. * Training/job aid provided by Chad o Test pillow speaker to Rover device to GetWell TV (a possible task at the end) * Possibly they may have to lend a hand for holding TV during TV swap Skills cerner, configuration management, linux, Business analysis, anesthesia, optime Top Skills Details cerner,configuration management,linux Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have strong communication and documentation skills.
