SUMMARY OF DUTIES

This position is responsible for the timely execution of brand and communications efforts across the organization to drive awareness and product launch excellence. Leads both creative and product launch projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring coordination and alignment among cross-functional teams. Demonstrates excellent communication with all stakeholders across all audiences and touchpoints.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

  • Leads creative and product launch projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.

  • Shapes and supports campaign strategy, launches plans, and creative briefs with informed recommendations.

  • Defines scope, deliverables, and success metrics in partnership with marketing, product, and stakeholder teams.

  • Reviews Project Request Forms, Creative Briefs, and any intake docs for clarity, making sure both creative and product efforts start strong.

  • Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for campaigns and product launches.

  • Collaborates closely with product managers and marketers to synchronize launches with supporting campaigns.

  • Facilitates kickoffs, status check-ins, and wrap-ups, adapting plans as needed to stay on track.

  • Monitors quality throughout the lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet brand and product standards.

  • Serves as a connector between brand, creative, product, and development teams.

  • Fosters communication across departments and external partners to maintain alignment and momentum.

  • Owns and optimizes workflows for creative production and product launch readiness using project management tools to ensure visibility and accountability.

  • Analyzes outcomes of launches and campaigns against KPIs, and shares insights for future improvement.

  • Stays plugged into industry trends in both marketing and product launch best practices.

  • Performs other duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.

* Minimum of 15 years of marketing communications in an agency or as part of a corporate communications/marketing team.

* Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns and product launches from start to finish.

* Expertise with project management tools like Asana, Airtable, Monday.com (ideally), or Workfront.

* Experience in editing/proofing and presentations.

* Experience communicating technical product information about medical devices, products or services.

* Experience working with freelance employees, vendors, and in-house employees.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience working in a global company.

* Experience and knowledge of the medical device industry.

* Familiarity with marketing and creative production processes; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.

* Completion of a PMP certification or formal Agile training.
