What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Structuring project methods and tools throughout all phases of the project.
  • Setting up the WBS/PBS/OBS/CBS from the project launch phase and drafting the Project Management Plan.
  • Implement and promote functional analysis, Value Analysis, Design to Cost, configuration, and interface management in every phase of the project. (System Engineering approach)
  • Lead the implementation of risk analysis and mitigation actions.
  • Provide support in updating and managing the schedule.
  • Manage, with the project manager, the various Project Reviews and Gate Reviews (GR) until the project is ready to deliver assemblies to customers.
  • Monitor requirements and interface matrices.
  • Define routines and lead visual management bodies.
  • Prepare/present periodic performance reports, analyze deviations from standard methods, propose corrective or improvement plans, relaunch and steer action plans to optimize performance,
  • Manage significant project modification requests, deviation reports and associated actions.
  • Plan/Pilot/Coordinate project documentation production.
  • Participate in the management of the project


What You'll Bring

  • Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of directly related experience in Business Administration, Change Management, IS, Software Engineering, Schedule/Risk Management, or a related field
  • Good business and/or technical expertise in a related capacity.
  • Excellent PC-based application skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Basic problem identification and resolution skills with emphasis on "root cause" analysis.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $33.20 - $43.50, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
