We are seeking a proven and visionary leader in I&C Integration, Licensing & Engineering Excellence to drive the deployment of cutting-edge digital technologies across both safety and non-safety systems. At the heart of Framatome's I&C modernization mission, this role integrates engineering, plant licensing, and digital transformation to deliver smarter, safer, and more connected nuclear systems. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with global engineering experts, U.S. utilities, and the NRC turning regulatory and technical complexity into competitive advantage.
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Through subordinate managers and cost centers, ensures effective performance of complex engineering assignments.
- Plans and directs the timely execution of engineering activities within a major engineering section.
- Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
- Develops and/or administers organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.
- Provides goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
- Develops new or adapted products, methods, systems or models to provide added value solutions to customers.
- Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
- Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
- Works on other special projects, as directed.
Licensing & Regulatory Excellence
- Serve as the primary interface with the NRC, DOE, and other regulatory bodies.
- Develop risk-informed, scalable licensing strategies to streamline modernization efforts.
- Build a licensing roadmap that supports fleet-wide standardization and repeatable deployment.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to reduce licensing timelines and enhance predictability.
Integration & Engineering Execution
- Lead systems engineering, requirements management, and configuration management for modernization projects.
- Develop and oversee plant integration and cut-in strategies that ensure safe, efficient deployment.
- Advance knowledge management, engineering training, and process excellence to strengthen technical capability.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all engineering activities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
- Ability to set strategy and vision for medium to large size organization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
- Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.
- Proven track record licensing I&C platforms (RPS, FPGA, DCS) and working directly with the NRC.
- Deep understanding of U.S. nuclear utilities, DOE guidance, and NRC regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in highly regulated, technical environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for innovation, inclusion, and shaping the future of nuclear clean energy.
- Strong knowledge of US nuclear utility stakeholders and regulatory expectations.

Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $146,000 - $206,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
