19 Position Summary
The Manager is responsible for coordinating efforts and providing coaching to a high performance team delivering visual analytics and ensuring effective data access and management in support of analytics and innovation at CPS Energy. The Manager is the person with the confidence and ability required to generate original ideas and programs and to take them to our stakeholders (both internal and external) with gusto. He/she can effectively operate at both the strategic level as well as the smallest technical and technological details, collaborating with, learning from and educating top class professional colleagues with diverse backgrounds, from energy marketintelligence, power generation to finance. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Demonstrated work experience leading teams of highly technical individuals.
Proven ability to develop visual analytics and business intelligence reporting.
Ability to interact with members at all levels in the organization and the community.
Ability to frame technically difficult conversations in business terms.
Experience with ETL tools, experience developing data flows, advanced programming.
Demonstrated knowledge of big data computing and API development. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations research, or a similar field Required Certifications
Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
