You will be part of a collaborative culture that values smart planning, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.

Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for directing a large group of foreman within a single trade, ensuring your workforce has the leadership, resources, and direction needed to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You plan the work, allocate manpower, and maintain the rhythm of construction activities so crews remain aligned, supported, and productive.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership to foreman and trade crews, supporting day-to-day execution of construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain workface planning and scheduling that aligns with project priorities and milestones.

  • Apply company labor relations policies consistently and fairly in support of a respectful workplace.
  • Communicate effectively across teams-providing direction, resolving conflict, and influencing outcomes to keep the project moving forward.
  • Troubleshoot systems, processes, and trade-specific tools, providing support to others and driving improvements when needed.
  • Exercise work direction by offering instruction, coaching, and verification of completed work to maintain a high standard of performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and construction management to understand objectives, priorities, and interdependencies that shape the work ahead.
